I’m Mark Sawatzky.
My focus and expertise is helping people and organizations win at experience.
I have a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree with majors in Marketing and Human Resources.
After graduating from University in 1992, I had the opportunity to work for a number of great companies.

In 2002 I started my own business called MJS Performance Benefits to help companies win at engagement (aka experience).
My work has included everything from marketing material design and copy writing, to providing sales and leadership within an organization, to delivering strategic, leadership, sales, management and team performance workshops.
